xbajff Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xbajff website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by xbajff and is directed at adult users located in Bangladesh and other permitted South Asian jurisdictions. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using the xbajff Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the xbajff Platform immediately. xbajff reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version for all legal purposes. Any translation provided is for convenience only and does not create legally binding obligations in a language other than English.

Use of the xbajff Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. xbajff does not permit use of the Platform by persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from xbajff or any related platform for violation of these Terms or for responsible gaming reasons.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of a current employee of xbajff or its technology, payment, or game supply partners.

xbajff reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. xbajff takes age verification seriously and will report known cases of underage gambling to relevant authorities where required.

All content on the xbajff Platform — including but not limited to the xbajff brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of xbajff or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the xbajff Platform without the prior written consent of xbajff. Any unauthorised use of xbajff's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbajff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of whether xbajff has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

xbajff does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. xbajff's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Your use of the xbajff Platform is also governed by the xbajff Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. xbajff implements industry-standard SSL encryption and security measures to protect your personal and financial information. xbajff will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

xbajff reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including where xbajff reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other unlawful activity. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, xbajff may freeze account balances pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, xbajff may forfeit the entire account balance.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting xbajff support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed identity verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. xbajff's decision on all matters relating to the Platform, including but not limited to bet settlement, account status, and bonus eligibility, shall be final and binding, subject only to the arbitration process described in this clause.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

xbajff reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, xbajff will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a notice displayed on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. Your continued use of the xbajff Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
